FILLERINA 12Ha DENSIFYING-FILLER
“12Ha” stands for 12 Hyaluronic Acids with different molecular weights that provide a filling effect of wrinkles and expression lines, and a volume effect on specific areas (cheekbones, lips).
Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Filler Dermo-cosmetic Treatment is a preparation for at-home use to be used for 14 days and applied by means of the special applicator with truncated tip. Fillerina Gel formulation associates 12 different types of Hyaluronic Acids with 12 different molecular weights, ranging from 400 to 2.000.000 Dalton, for a modulated filling of the different skin layers (the penetration of the molecules has been tested ex-vivo with Franz Cells). They are associated with 3 Collagens and 2 Elastins having densifying and elasticizing properties.

14 doses (2 ml) of Nourishing Film
2 precision applicators
The Gel should be left to work for 10 minutes, the remaining product being pat in with the palm of the hands afterwards; then comes the Nourishing Film that, suitable both as a day and a night cream, guarantees the maximum comfort to the skin.
To facilitate the action of the product, it is advisable to drink two glasses of water before the application of Fillerina Gel.
Fillerina is the first dermo-cosmetic filler treatment to be used at home for external application.
The product name comes from the filling mechanism of face depressions (wrinkles) and from the plumping mechanism of specific zones (in vivo test) thanks to the action of special Hyaluronic Acids with different molecular weights for a different level of filling on expression lines, age wrinkles, microrelief and areas of the face subject to sagging or emptying (cheekbones, around the oval of the face, lips surface).
As skin ages, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid gradually decreases, causing imperfections such as age wrinkles, expression lines and a loss of volume (emptying and skin depressions), especially on cheekbones, cheeks and lips.
Fillerina 12Ha Densifying-Filler features a mix of 12 different Hyaluronic Acid molecules with varying molecular weights and sizes that are especially effective at penetrating the layers of the skin (ex vivo tests with Franz Cells), thus allowing tissues to be filled in and plumped up. Among the Hyaluronic Acids with filler effect contained in this formulation, the 3 new ones, having 20.000, 80.000 and 500.000 Da molecular weights, showed a great penetration capability (ex vivo test).
Fillerina 12Ha Densifying-Filler associates 3 Collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2.000, 12.000 and 300.000 Da) which, by penetrating up to the dermis (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), can promote an increase in the extracellular matrix density and improve the filling effect, in synergy with Hyaluronic Acid molecules.
With chronological ageing also the quantity and quality of Elastin, the protein that builds up elastic fibres, drastically decreases thus threatening skin plasticity and contributing to skin sagging. The formulation associates 2 molecules of Elastin with different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da), which aim at compensating this loss and restore skin elasticity and plasticity.
Fillerina Filler Gel is enriched also with additional components that assist the filling and volumizing action of hyaluronic acids, acting more gradually and supporting their biological function at skin level structures: Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 (Matrifull) and Acetyl Hexapeptide-37. Finally, Chondroitin Sulfate helps create a 3D scaffold with Hyaluronic Acid molecules.

The skin is hardly permeable: in order for the active ingredients to penetrate the different cutaneous layers, Labo researchers developed a “transdermic” technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active substances. This is the fundamental condition to guarantee their penetration in the cutaneous layers.
